The SunLena Beauty Wholesale Program is available to approved hairstylists, salon owners, wig makers, beauty professionals, retailers, and other qualifying businesses.
Applicants may be asked to provide a valid business license, resale certificate, tax ID, cosmetology license, or other documentation verifying their business.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. SunLena Beauty reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale accounts at its discretion.
Minimum Order: Wholesale orders must meet the minimum purchase requirements shown on the SunLena Beauty wholesale pricing page or provided to you after approval.
Placing an Order: Approved customers may place wholesale orders through our website or another ordering method provided by SunLena Beauty.
Payment: Full payment is required before an order is processed. Available payment methods will be shown during checkout.
If installment or financing options are available through our payment providers, eligibility and approval are determined by the individual payment provider.
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale customers.
Pricing may vary based on product type, quantity, length, texture, and order volume.
Additional volume discounts or wholesale tiers may be available for larger orders. SunLena Beauty reserves the right to update wholesale pricing at any time.
Processing & ShippingWholesale customers are responsible for applicable shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Processing and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout or communicated when your order is placed.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, inventory availability, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of SunLena Beauty’s control.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
Wholesale orders are subject to the By SunLena Shipping & Returns Policy.
Returns and exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery. Hair extensions must remain unopened, unused, unworn, uninstalled, unaltered, and in their original condition.
The original packaging must remain intact, including the By SunLena security seal. Products with a broken or removed security seal are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
All returns and exchanges must be approved by By SunLena before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact By SunLena within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos or other supporting documentation when applicable.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned products have been received and inspected.
Wholesale products are purchased for legitimate business resale or professional use.
Approved customers may resell SunLena Beauty products through their salon, studio, website, social media business, or approved retail location.
Selling SunLena Beauty products on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms is not permitted without written approval from SunLena Beauty.
Approved wholesale customers may receive access to selected SunLena Beauty product photos, descriptions, promotional materials, or other marketing resources.
These materials may be used to promote authentic SunLena Beauty products purchased directly from us.
SunLena Beauty logos, branding, packaging, photography, or other branded materials may not be altered in a misleading way or used to falsely represent your business as being owned or operated by SunLena Beauty.
SunLena Beauty may suspend, restrict, or close a wholesale account if these terms are violated, fraudulent activity is suspected, payment disputes occur, or the account is being used in a way that could harm the SunLena Beauty brand or its customers.
Wholesale access may also be discontinued at SunLena Beauty’s discretion.
Wholesale pricing, minimum order requirements, available products, discounts, benefits, and these Wholesale Terms may change as the program develops.
Significant changes may be communicated to active wholesale customers by email or posted on the SunLena Beauty website.
