What products does SunLena offer?
SunLena offers premium human hair extensions, including bundles, closures, frontals, wigs, and related accessories. Because our products are made from natural human hair, slight variations in color, texture, density, curl pattern, and strand thickness are normal and are not considered defects. Product images are intended to accurately represent our products, but appearance may vary due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
 
How are orders and payment handled?
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, verify, or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory availability, payment issues, or violations of these Terms. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
 
What is the product inspection requirement?
Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery and before installing, washing, coloring, bleaching, cutting, chemically treating, or otherwise altering the hair. If you believe you received the wrong item or a defective product, you must contact SunLena before the product is altered. Once altered, the product may no longer qualify for return, exchange, or quality review except where required by law.
 
What should I know about shipping?
Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy for complete shipping information. Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. SunLena is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses.
 
What is the return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Human hair products are hygienic products and must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with the SunLena security seal fully intact to qualify for return or exchange. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
 

Commercial Use

Products purchased from SunLena may be used personally or professionally. SunLena does not guarantee results obtained through resale, customization, wig making, coloring, bleaching, or any other modifications performed after delivery.

 
What is the product care and installation policy?
Customers are responsible for proper installation and maintenance of all products. We recommend installation by a qualified professional. SunLena is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, excessive heat, bleaching, coloring, chemical processing, improper maintenance, or normal wear.
 

Force Majeure

SunLena shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, supplier delays, shipping carrier disruptions, labor shortages, government actions, internet outages, or other unforeseen events.

To protect our customers, we may verify orders, request additional information, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or unauthorized. Billing and payment information must be accurate and belong to the authorized cardholder.
